Google Analytics - US
We use Google to see number of visitors on our site and log user events in the product which may include emails.
Satismeter - Czech Republic
We occasionally ask our users about their product experience using Satismeter. We only pass in the users email which we delete when the survey period is over.
Mixpanel - US
We use Mixpanel to track users interactions with our applications in order to improve our offering.
Stripe - Ireland
As a customer you have the option to pay with card instead of an invoice. If you choose this option, we'll use Stripe to process the payment and manage the subscription.
Slack - US
If you choose to connect your Slack workspace to your Typelane account we'll import the users into Typelane. You have then the option of sending messages to Slack with the service.
Zapier - US (Optional)
We’ll send employee data to Zapier if you choose to use our integration with Zapier and our journey triggers. When using Zapier to connect to other services, we advise reviewing those services' data policies.
