Whitelist our domain to avoid spam folders

Make sure your IT doesn't have any filters that send your onboarding emails to spam folders.

If your organisation have spam filters set up it's a good idea to whitelist the domains we use to send emails. This ensures that it doesn't end up in a spam list.

Make sure to whitelist these domains for incoming emails:

typelane.com
mail.typelane.com
typelanemail.com

If you have filters internally, make sure to test out a journey after white listing our domains.
