Customizing user fields

You can easily add or modify and restrict employee fields using custom fields.

If you would like to add additional information to users you can go to "Custom Fields".

Here you can add any fields you would like to have in the user object. By adding custom fields, it will also enable you to choose from even more variables when crafting your messages in order to make them even more personalized.

Different access rights to fields

You can easily restrict who has access to view certain custom fields. A custom field can either be:

  • Visible for all admins - meaning that all admins will be able to view that field

  • Only global admins - this means the field will be restricted and only visible for global admins and not for other uses.
