Deleting employee data and what happens once you press delete.

If you would like to delete your employee data you can either partially delete it or you can delete all data.

Partial deletion

You can delete some of the employee data by removing a specific field, an answer or data you have added to the system.

Deleting an answer

You can also delete an employee answer. To do so you:

  1. Find the employee

  2. Go to answers

  3. Find the answer you would like to delete and press "delete"

You can also remove data tied to the employee object. Say you would like to remove their last name. You can simply click on last name. Remove it and save.

Full deletion

You can delete all data associated with the employee by going to the employee and clicking in the top right corner and choosing "Delete employee".
