When you try to use Typelane for Outlook , you see the error message:
App Error: This app could not be started. Close this dialog to ignore the problem or click "Restart" to try again.
This is a known issue that occurs if Protected Mode is not enabled for the Internet Sites Zone in Internet Explorer.
Enable Protected Mode for the Internet Site Zones.
From Internet Explorer click Tools > Internet Options, click the Security tab and select Enable Protected Mode. Click OK to save the change.
3. Restart Internet Explorer and then restart Outlook or Word.
